Q MANAGEMENT BUSINESS ACADEMY HAS 4 FORMS OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

MODULES

Modules form all of the building blocks Q management uses for all training courses. They can also be used individually as short courses of one or two dayparts. 

COURSES

Courses are training courses around a certain theme. They are composed of multiple modules, tailored to a specific objective of an organization and last for a couple of days. 

PROGRAMS

Programs are longer and are organized around a certain functional discipline, like strategic marketing or supply chain management. Programs run for a longer period of time.  

Q MANAGEMENT ACADEMY

With the Q management academy, we provide large organizations with the Q M Academy. It enables organizations, with a continuous need for training and development tools to facilitate learning and development as a structural component to retain their professionals. 

PRESSURE QOOKERS & BOOTQAMPS

Applicable to all training modules and courses, as well as to parts of certain consultancy projects, are Q management’s specials: Pressure Qookers and Bootqamps. Pressure Qookers are highly intense, multi-day training courses, in which concrete issues for a (team or department of) an organization are being solved by participants. Creativity and innovation, problem solving and decision making are the main components.

Highly experienced trainers with extensive knowledge and great experience guide the creative process, monitor intermediate results, host and direct intermediate meetings and facilitate the Pressure Qooker with short training modules that he deems necessary during the process. The end result of the Pressure Qooker always is a Plan of Approach to be executed by the team, solving the concrete issue and improving the results of the organization.

Bootqamps are training courses with a similar intensity as the Pressure Qooker and generate direct results for the organization as well. Bootcamps take (a team of) participants out of their natural habitat. They consist of all modules necessary to experience a concrete field of expertise and apply it immediately to the organizational practice. Bootqamps go back and forth from training to implementing and back. Characteristic for the Bootqamps are implication sessions in which participants apply theory immediately to their own organizational reality.
