OUR PROGRAMS
 

Programs are longer and are organized around a certain functional discipline, like strategic marketing or supply chain management. Programs run for a longer period of time. They consist of multiple modules, which can be chosen by the participant. During a given period of for example 2 years, this selection of modules has to be completed. The combination of these modules will generate certification in that specific area. Additionally, programs involve coaching on the job.

Programs have a more extensive training curriculum. Programs are designed in three layers:

  • (functional) Content

  • Soft skills

  • Personal effectiveness
     

They are targeted at professionals, who seek a deeper development of knowledge and skills in functional areas. Around this functional area, we design a layer of soft skills, which enable the professional to apply, direct and use the functional knowledge better. Finally, these programs are individually tailored by defining tools to enhance personal effectiveness, both during, as well as after the program.

The applicability of a program is further enhanced by appointing a personal coach, who guides the candidate in day-to-day activities and assist him with issues in work situations to apply lessons learned and create solutions for real issues. We call this our Executive One-on-one Coaching.

MODULES

Modules form all of the building blocks Q management uses for all training courses. They can also be used individually as short courses of one or two dayparts.

With the Q management academy, we provide large organizations with the Q management Academy. It enables organizations, with a continuous need for training and development tools to facilitate learning and development as a structural component to retain their professionals.
