MODULES

Modules form all of the building blocks Q management uses for all training courses. They can also be used individually as short courses of one or two dayparts.

PROGRAMS

Programs are longer and are organized around a certain functional discipline, like strategic marketing or supply chain management. Programs run for a longer period of time.

OUR ACADEMY
 

With the Q management academy, we provide large organizations with the Q management Academy. It enables organizations, with a continuous need for training and development tools to facilitate learning and development as a structural component to retain their professionals.

The Q management Academy is a unique way of sharing 35 years of experience in designing and executing training programs. A unique proposition for large organizations, due to their continuous flow of employees or smaller organizations, who want to avoid the establishment of a training and development department. It provides organizations with a systematic approach to learning & development, either to be operated by the organization itself or completely facilitated by Q management.

The Q management Academy deals with the complete learning & development process; the only thing required are the objectives and boundaries for learning & development in the organization. After having set these boundaries, the following steps are taken:

  • Intake: professionals from the organization are analyzed in terms of their propensity to learn, their personal and organizational goals, their background regarding       knowledge and expertise, among others. It generates a 0-benchmark for further evaluation;

  • Design: with the information from the intake, a personal, tailored training program is designed (not necessarily just with modules, courses or programs from our portfolio; a complete library of (external) courses is used);

  • Experiencing the training courses: following the actual training courses, during which the participant is closely guided and monitored;

  • Evaluation: the results from the training are evaluated and mirrored to the 0-benchmarking from the intake phase.

Restart the learning cycle until all elements of the training program are completed.

For these phases, The Q management Academy uses proven analytical tools, for the analysis of learning propensity, personality, evaluation, etc. The Q management Academy includes 1 specific motivational course, which will cover the explanation of the program, embedding the methodology in employees’ minds. This course will be organized per organization in large groups.

 

Finally, the Academy includes a Corporate Relation Executive from Q management, dedicated to a single customer and available for all questions, issues, challenges and ideas in the customer’s organization.
